Hello, how to make a5 book? I have to print it as a4 format and just fold up the paper. Inside there will be names in alphabetical order so it is also important. I hope you understand what I mean.

You could use the booklet package: https://ctan.org/pkg/booklet is the link to CTAN with information and documentation, but you can install it using your TeX package manager. Perhaps it's already installed.

An alternative would be pdfjam, which is a frontend to pdfpages. An package pfarrei also provides a very simple a5tpa4.tlu (in TeX-Live available as a5toa4 script), that is also pdfpages based. This is also available as MiKTeX package.
