TeX Live and MacTeX ⇒ TeX Live 2019 nicefrac package

I've just installed TeX Live 2019 and can not find the nicefrac package. It can not be found in the repository or in the installed packages. Has it been removed permanently? Maybe there is a replacement for it?

nicefrac is part of units (and that is available for TeX Live 2019). Both packages are out-dated. An alternative to nicefrac would be, e.g., xfrac. A recommended alternative to units would be siunitx.
