Hello,
I use the current version (2.5) of the 'Masters/Doctoral Thesis' template and want to enable German hyphenation, but wasn't able to do it. I changed the language parameter in documentclass to ngerman and expected it to work.
I alternatively tried to do \usepackage[ngerman]{babel}, but it conflicts with the settings in documentclass. It suggests to try \usepackage{babel}. This doesn't throw an error, but also isn't doing the job.
What do I need to change to enable hyphenation?

German hyphenation
Remove the percent sign and compile again. There will be an error, skip that.
Compile again.
Compile again.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
