Nicola Talbot refers to an article she published here in the LaTeX Community Forum in an answer at TeX.SX. It was about how to write a LaTeX class file to produce a form. The link she provided there is dead though. I can't seem to be able to find it anywhere around here, and neither does she, as per discussion in the comments. Actually, the whole "Community Portal" seems to be unavailable, as its "Articles" session.
The original link she provided was http://www.latex-community.org/know-how ... uce-a-form. Is it still anywhere to be found?

Looking for a LaTeX Community article
Hi and welcome to the LaTeX-community gusbrs,
i guess something went wrong when the whole forum moved to latex.org. Hopefully, the lost articles are just behind a lost link and easy to restore. I'll give Stefan, our administrator, a ping.
Thank you for informing us.

The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

Thank you, Johannes.
I hope they are restorable too.
I'll follow up on this. But, please let me know of any news, if you happen to recall.
Best,
gusbrs

Hello,
that article part based on a different software and got hacked and was used for spam. That software is too vulnerable. I had to remove it in order to avoid that latex.org gets blocked by the provider. The forum software was not affected so I could let that run.
The articles are backed up. I did not yet find time to install something new for this.
I will look for the article you are searching and I will let you know here soon.

Hi Stephan,
I'm sorry to hear that.
And I don't want to give you any trouble. I commented there and posted here in the spirit of "eyes of the community" to help keep things up and running.
That said, I do hope you are able to find a way to make the Articles part available again, with a general solution.
Thank you.

Hi gusbrs,
I stumbled across this topic again.
Some time ago I restored the articles on the LaTeX.net site. There's also the article you looked for: "Writing a LaTeX Class File to Produce a Form" by Nicola Talbot.
