i found a dirty solution:
got to ->configure Kile -> tools -> build
Click New -> Give it a name (e.g. MakeGlossary) -> choose Makeindex as default behaviour -> Finish
In General Tab:
Command: makeindex
Options: xyz.nlo -s
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/makeindex/nomencl/nomencl.ist -o xyz.nls

The template works without errors - but i don´t know how to refresh the glossary (tex file is placed in folder 0 ...
