Re: problem with autocompletion
When the autocompletion pops up just hit Crtl+Space. TXC will then autocomplete or give you a list with possible commands.

Re: changing the name of the list of acronyms
Thanks for the answer.
As you presumed right I use babel. But I use it since my first tex-project and I never came across something I could not rename in the way I mentioned.

changing the name of the list of acronyms
I'm using the glossaries-package wit the acronym option
\usepackage[toc,acronym,nonumberlist]{glossaries} .
I need to change the name of the acronym list from "Acronyme" to "Abkürzungen".
But
\renewcommand{\acronymname}{Abkürzungen}
does not work.
It seems that I can not change any of the ...

Fancy header problems
I think "fancy" uses the chapter name that appears in your TOC. You can define a shorter one by using:
text
\chapter[short chapter name]{original very long chapter name}
more text
in your text.
The disadvantage is that the short name will appear in your TOC. Unfortunately I don't know if there ...

You can use

Re: Problem with bibtex
Ok, then I have some additional hints only.
Is the BibTeX style "apalike" installed in your Miktex directory? If not you can do this with the Package Manager or you can tell Miktex to "install missing packages on the fly" in the Miktex settings.
If the package is missing then the file "versuch4 ...

Re: Problem with bibtex
Seems to be a problem with the filename. Your file is named
"literarneu" but you want LaTeX to use
"literaturneu".
I hope the solution is that simple.

Re: How to prevent indention after equations or floats?
Thanks.
But I'm looking for a way to prevent the indention globally but only after equations and floats.
At this time I use the "search and replace" feature of the editor to search for "\end{equation}" and replace it with "\end{equation} \noindent".
But this only works in a satisfactory way on the ...
