When I compile the lyx document to get the PDF I receive a error message /var/folder..... does not exist that is the start of the temp directory root but for other files I not received this error message.

I have a porblem with lyx since when I insert my second table as a floating rather than enumerate it as Table 2, when I create the pdf archive this table appear as Table 3. Someone could help me?

I know a lot of people ask how to remove the numbering on the first page. But my problem is that I want the first page numbered and it doesn't appear numbered. I am using article (elsevier) and the \pagestyle{myheadings} because I need the numbers in the upper right corner.
