If you look at the screenshot, the footer is not fully displayed. I am using the template from this example.

Why is the footer not fully displayed and why is the font not Raleway ...

\usepackage[a4paper, left=1cm, right=1cm, top=1cm, bottom=1cm]{geometry}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\usepackage ...

I am using LaTeX for the first time.

When I click "Run" in Texmaker and then click "View PDF", the generated PDF file does not update. What could be the reason?

I use XeLaTex.
