I would like to have a big letter every time the letter changes. I am using xetex, nopostdot glossaries and glossary-mcols if that matters. The glossary in question is a mcol. So for example:
Hans 4
Hopfen 24
Hungersnot 42
LARGE I
Intelligenz 22
...
(or take a look at the picture below)
I couldn ...

Pst-Platon doesn't look like it should
Hey,
this makes a lot of sense so I think I understand where you are coming from. The "problem" I have now, is that I don't get a dvi file when I run XeLaTeX in TeXMaker. When I run XeLaTeX using the terminal I also do not get a dvi file. Do I have to hand over some special argument or?

Hi Natan,
it runs with LaTeX in DVI mode, dvips and ps2pdf (ghostscript):

I only added the compiler engine as comment in the first line as information for the TeXlive.net compiler. Click on "Run LaTeX here" to see the output.

Pst-Platon doesn't look like it should
I just wanted to add some nice d20 to my document, but sadly that didn't work out as planned. While pst-platon-doc has great looking platonic-figures, I fail to generate the same result in my document. https://imgur.com/yxWk2eT.png (my document) https://www.ctan.org/pkg/pst-platon (doc).

multicolumns[3] and image that is covering exactly 2 columns
I am "designing" the layout for a newspaper. Therefore I try to find different representations of image placement in multicols. So far I know of only few.
For this specific topic I am interested in finding a solution to this:
How can I place an image in a 3 column environment in such a way that it ...

Twocolumns and really centered images with text-wrap
Hey,
for a newspaper (also using newspaper package) I would like to center an image in the top or bottom of the page. It should be centered in a way that it overlaps with both columns and the text should wrap around it.
You can see something similar here:

Install ctan package that is not in tlmgr list
This is wrong. You have use a correct TDS structure. So I suggest to copy it to /home/xaver/texmf/tex/latex/rpg-module
This did the trick!
I read something similar before, but I was hesitating because the folders where not created automatically. But creating those folders solved it!
Thank you ...

Install ctan package that is not in tlmgr list
Hey,
I am trying to install rpg-module as presented here: https://ctan.org/pkg/rpg-module?lang=en
This is the first package ever I wanted to add to my texlive. Before that I usually just copied the sty and cls files into the folder (which is very bad style but I didn't know it better back then).
