I just comment all the codes related to titlesec and tocstyle and it compile without error messages.
However the layout for TOC and footer are mess up now. So I have commenting that parts too. :(

I have trying to compile a freshly downloaded template of KOMA-script Presentation template http://www.latextemplates.com/template/koma-script-presentation .

So far it fail with the following error message:
