Re: How to add a horizontal rule after "List of Acronyms" using glossaries package?

Please remove the (two) obstacles that prevent your example from running without errors. It is also welcomed if you share your crossposts.

Have a look at the last optional argument of the \titleformat command in the titlesec package manual.

Re: How do I get my table to continue on the next pages

A full with marked code is more appreciated.

It is not enough to just load the longtable package. Please read the package manual.

In the attached pdf file it looks as if the table is too wide and extends beyond the right margin. In this case, you should have a look at the xltabular package and ...

Some notes regarding to the a4wide package:

Re: SIUnitX. Columns are too wide; too much white space.

Please try to offer a complete Infominimal working example.

Re: Chapter reference no showing in content

I would like to point out that your wish could also be fulfilled if you assign a different name to the heading option. In the biblatex package manual, this would probably be bibintoc or subbibintoc.

Compiling error

The attached example doesn't produce an error message for me.

Avoid fiddling around with the indentation and spacing of your paragraphs using the \noindent and \newline commands and use the parskip package instead.

The siunitx package is ideal for setting physical quantities, while the enumitem ...

hdashrule with vspace inconsistency

Please try to provide a Infominimal working example with marked code.

Without such an example, it could help if you replace the \hfill and \break commands by a blank line or the equivalent \par command.

The parskip package can be useful for indentation.

fancyhf and \leftmark resizing

The only mistake in your incomplete example is the typo in \lefmark, which should cause an error message. If I complete your source code snippet to a Infominimal working example, then I get the result you want. Please try to do the same and post an example that shows the problem.
