Yes, I need this. The thing is that I'm writing a book in Persian (which is read from right to left), so this change is necessary for my document.

I have the following MWE:

This produces the following document:

Now the widest margin is on the right for odd pages and ...

I'm writing a book in Persian, so it is read from right to left. That means that all odd pages should have a wide right-margin, whereas even pages should have a wide left-margin. All chapters should also start on odd pages.
