I hate to say it but the Ogrekit Find Panel is in really bad shape. Trying to use it in Dark Mode is virtually impossible and it hasn't been updated in years. I used to use it all the time but have given up on it and use the Apple Find Bar which has some, sort of hidden, minor regex features ...

Howdy,
The best thing you could do is to look at the code for that macro and create a new macro that only pops up that list.
Also, recent versions of TeXShop allow you to have a Labels popup menu in the Source Window's Toolbar.

Howdy,
Unfortunately that feature (which uses F5 rather than ESC) is not configurable. However, recent versions of TeXShop can have a popup menu on the Source Window's Toolbar that lists all the labels in the file open in that window.
