masters-doctoral-thesis, add pdf

Hi,

my university has its own Statutory Declaration in Lieu of an Oath. The thesis is only valid if exactly this pdf file is added to the thesis.
How can I add this whole pdf file in the masters-doctoral-thesis template?
I tried the \AddToShipoutpicture* command, but it did not work with this ...
