Problem installing Texlive

Hello,

I have a Problem installing Techlive 2016 on Windows 7.
As soon as I start "install-tl-windows.exe" it start to extract files in a temporary Directory, and then it tries to start the main installer, but never finishing starting it.
The first time I did this it started the main installer ...
