What do you mean exactly by "doesn't run" ? What error ?

I think is a LaTeX question and not a TeXnicCenter question. There are many possibilities for this. You can use different package like beamer or prosper.

There is a solution to your problem (if I understand it correctly.)
You must use the package graphicx and do the same thing as in a page.
For example :


\begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|}
\hline
& \rotatebox{90}{bidule}
& \rotatebox{90}{machin}
& \rotatebox{90}{chose}
\hline
truc & 1 & 2 & 3 \\
\hline ...

I know that code completion exists in TeXniCenter (beta v7.01 or upper, maaybe in in the other version too i don't know). You can use it with ctrl+space.
You can also configure it by using tools->customize->keyboard
