Found the trick! (In fact the default setting(CTRL+SPACE) has conflict with my OS system)

Yes, there is a setting(e.g. TC 2.alpha3):
Default setting can be found : MENU - EDIT - "Complete Word".

It can be changed in MENU - TOOLS - Customize - keyboard - Category[EDIT] - complete Word - "Alt Space ...
