Solved by using "glossaries".

Hi,

I am writing my PhD with a PhD/MPhil Thesis - a LaTeX Template (http://www-h.eng.cam.ac.uk/help/tpl/textprocessing/ThesisStyle/) and trying to add a glossary.

I change the glossary.tex file, but keep getting the example after compiling even if I erase the auxilliary files. As I understand it ...
