HI Stefan,
I was able to get it working. I had the AutoAdmin parameter set to True "t" in the miktex.ini file. Once I changed it back to "?" everything started working again. The problem had nothing to do with Texniccenter. I couldn't even execute yap.exe in a standalone fashion.

Problem with yap.exe after installing latest Miktex
I have installed the latest Miktex 2.9, and now yap.exe will not work. It will not work on any .dvi file. Here is a MWE of a file that compiles but can't be viewed.

Bad box with \ldelim
Hello,
I am using the mutlirow and bigdelim package to create a block matrix where specific rows and columns are identified. The \ldelim and \rdelim seem to be causing a bad box that I can't get rid of, despite my setting hfuzz.
