Can't get minipages to work
You could post a minimal working example to show us what you got. It's just easier to help you.
Please use the Code Button. You can verify, that your example is compilable by clicking on Open in WriteLaTeX .
I found an example online and manage to adapt to my needs. The problem is that it won't ...

Can't get minipages to work
Hi all
I've been trying, without any success, to use 'minipages' to align 2 pictures and a text between them, just like the attached file below.
Could any of you shed some light on this?
I'm running MikTeX on Windows 8 with pdflatex. All pictures are in the pdf format.
Any help is very much ...

Personalized Nomenclature
I would very much like the nomenclature divided into groups (Greek letters, Roman, Acronyms etc). I read the documentation but couldn't get it to work.
This is what the doc says:

Re: Mismatch in Document Quality on Screen and on Paper
I added the 'palatino' packagge and everything SEEMS a little better now. I like the LaTeX default font better, you know!
I'll print one page tomorrow and compare.
Many thanks

Mismatch in Document Quality on Screen and on Paper
I suspected it was the hardware (printer) but it was not.
Why do you think this? Try another printer to verify if the result shows the same quality. You coud attach a sample PDF file here.

Because I printed a report from MS Word and it was great quality.
