How can we do the same for Book Parts to be

القسم الأول
instead of
القسم I or القسم II

I tried this but it did not work.

You can add this macro in the preamble of your file. This gives the litteral numbering of chapters when you are in ...

How can I Make the bar label above, to the right or left of the bar. I tried but it does not seem to work. Also if you can make it look better. My code and :

If I use the IEEE style, I will break the template and lose its nice features. Anyhow, the numeric-comp style worked fine except for one cite, it did it like [136, 137]. Thx.

It works fine. I just need to make the reference somewhat like IEEE. Now, if I do multiple references, I get [1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10].

Is it possible to make it as [1-3,6,9-10]?

Because I don't want to print in two sides; only one side. Therefore, I print in one side, there will many white blank pages in between.

How can I get rid of the blank pages in the pdf. In this Latex Template.

A \nocite{*} before the first \cite command in combination with one of the unsrt styles might do what you want.

This did the trick.


I'm not sure this is possible. And i don't think beeing an old professor is an excuse for ambiguity ;-)
