I have downloaded the file mycommands.xml , the storage directory is : C:\Program Files\TeXnicCenter\Packages.
I understand that, this XML file contains gather and align, align* etc.
Question : How do I import these into TXC ( 2.0 BETA, 64-bit). I tried typing "gather" but nothing was hinted ...

I have a problem with bibliography styles. No matter what style I change to, I always get the same output style on my PDF.
I have attached a minimal working example and also two screenshots of the style output.

I figured out why it is Not seen and doesnt show any errors:
The \chapters syntax should be all small. Whereas in mine it was \Chapters with first letter in caps. Though it never showed any error. This was the problem, now its solved. thank you all.

Yes,
what is shown above is only one of the called chapter files. The main master file of the project is has the \include{} commands .
Please find the attachments :
