Hello friends,
I am trying to create a table, where it includes sideways text, multirow and multicolumn. But it seems that multirow is not working with sideways text.
I have tried MWE, please go through and tell me know your suggestions. The required table is available in PDF.

centering the last column of a table

Can anyone tell me how to center the last column of the table, in which the last column is defined with the format "p{width}".
I tried using \centering before that column, which produces error saying "Misplaced \noalign"

I am back with tikz, but now it is not at all executing saying errors while compiling.
My error is:
TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [grouping levels=255].
My code is
