I found a solution: you can use ["=] instead of [-] and words with dash are hyphenated automatically. Though, it works only if babel with russian language is set.

I'm wondering is there any way to automatically hyphenate words with special chars? Especially I'm interesting in the words containing '-' themself, like "$\Delta$-resonanse", or
$\Sigma$-hyperon.

Of course, I can manually set hyphens for those words (using '\-'), but this is annoying ...
