Hi,
trying to install the package Koma-Script I always get the error message: "Unknown archive file type."
I tried several different repositories but it's always the same. Anyone any idea what the problem could be? I mean, since it is packed for MikTeX, MikTeX should be able to manage the archive ...

I'm using MikTeX 2.6 with TeXnicCenter. After installing the lmodern-package I tried to use it. Unfortunatly, it doesn't work. While compiling, pdfTeX tells me:

Sorry, you're right. I took the wrong "general"-Link. Should have been the MikTex one...
So i assume you are using MikTeX 2.5
