This project is reviving as a LaTeX editor for Google Docs. I'm looking for volunteers for beta testing.
The editor will resemble the Google Docs editor closely. Document reads/writes are made exclusively to Google Docs. Here are some screens:

Not sure where to ask this, i'm doing a Latex plugin for vBulletin/phpBB to be made available under the GPL and i'm wondering if i'm allowed to use TeXniCCenter's icons.
