Re: Double Superscript Problem
Thanks alot, it works!
Note: I am using a journal class file, so I copied the definition of \baselinestretch from the class file to reproduce the problem.

Code: Select all
\documentclass[]{article}
\def\baselinestretch{1.5}
\begin{document}
\[ {\hat A_i^j}\strut^T \]

Re: MiKTeX 2.9 Problem with cm-super
I got the solution from the miktex-mailing list
It can be solved by updating pdftex.map by running
initexmf --mkmaps

Re: MiKTeX 2.9 Problem with cm-super
Thanks for reply.
It is with everything when you use T1 encoding. I used bold small caps in the example because it can't be generated with OT1 encoding.

Running the following tex file:
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\begin{document}
\textbf{\textsc {Test}}
\end ...

Re: beamer: span frames with theorem or proof?
I faced the same problem, any hints?
The allowframebreaks option doesn't handle theorems.
