Look at the paragraph that i have highlighted with bold face.
It says something with regsrv. Donno whether that is the MS register server. But i tried my regsrv32 and it was working

thanks. Am soo desperate for help. I checked forums and helps everywhere. The ppl who mention the same problem dont have a reply solving their problem anywhere!!
Let's see maybe u can crack the nutshell :)
P.S. only once did he display in the log regsrv which i know to be the microsoft register ...

By the way. I did exactly the same steps: turn off anti virus. Turn off firewall. Installing from administrator. But somehow it always breaks at the end with the registration process. By the way...have you recently done a windows repair?
