Dear All
I have tried the examples on this page in a article class file but if I try to include the code in a beamer slide I get 100 errors.
Any ideas why?
Thanks in advance.

\usepackage{tikz}
\usetikzlibrary{matrix}

I have tried all examples and most of them worked, but the matrix approach didn't work...
Any ideas why??
Thanks

Re: beamer | Problems on new Versions
For me in the future and other people with the same problem:
I reinstalled the full version, not the basic, maybe this was the solution.
I got a problem seeing the figures at first but them installing the dvi-ps-pdf file posted by localghost at another post at this forum I managed to make the ...

Re: Installing TeXnicCenter
Dear Thorsten
I am sorry. But only yesterday I went to post a question and noticed that.
Now I am giving another try for Miktex 2.9 instead of my palliative solution of using 2.7 and except from beamer files all is working well.
Do you know what could be happening?
Regards
Renato

Dear Thorsten
I was going to mark as solved today ( I am sorry for not having done so before) but I couldn't find the button "edit" that I usually find in my posts.

Renato

beamer | Problems on new Versions
Dear All,
I am struggling to make the MiKTeX 2.9 work with the TeXnicCenter 1.0 RC1. I have bought a laptop with windows 7 and previously I had another version of MiKTeX and TeXnicCenter. I managed to fix the main issues on articles but when I went to check a beamer slide an error occurred ...

Re: Adobe 10 - Takes Two Attempts to open any Files
I'm having the same problem.
Have you solved it? Please share it here to help me and others.
Meanwhile it seems I will have to uninstall acrobat 10 and install 9 version.

Renato

Re: Installing Texniccenter
Well after trying the version 2.9, 2.8 and 2.5 I tried the 2.7. It worked!!!
Did the same thing in all of them. Weird. Anyone knows why?

Re: Installing Texniccenter
If it helps I use a 64bit home premium vista but tried both 32 and 64 versions of ghostscript and ghostview.

Installing TeXnicCenter
Dear Members,
I formatted my PC and installed the MiKTeX, Ghostscript, Ghostview and finally the TeXnicCenter in this order.
I also directed correctly the folder miktex/bin to the executable files.
Even then I couldn't compile my files. It opened the old versions instead of the ones with my changes ...
