Re: hyperref

Hi,

I restarted the computer (the lunch break did it for me, indeed) and now it works...
I haven't changed any accent in the file... don't get it but it works fine

hyperref

Hi all,

I'm trying to tackle a problem due to the usage of the hyperref package.

Without the usage of the package, everything goes fine with the document and I obtain the PDF I want. When I try to implement hyper links in the document, the compilation crashes and I get this error in the log ...

plainnat bibstyle with sort&comrpess

Hi all,

I'm dealing with my thesis using natbib for the citation part.
Here again the sort&compress option doesn't seem to be effective...

I use \citep{} command to call my references in my chapter but my bibliography is completely unsorted :?:

\documentclass[11pt]{book}

%\usepackage[latin1 ...

plainnat bibstyle with sort&comrpess

Hi all,
When I'm using the bibstyle "plainnat" the sort&compress option is not effective. Whereas when I use another bibstyle (els-article) -from the publisher Elsevier- it works perfectly.

Can you explain me why :?:

My bibliography is done through Jabref.
I use \citep{Aut1,Aut2} in the document ...

Re: \citet in 'number' citation style

You guessed right, the bib style is a numerical one.

I'd classify that as a missing feature :)
Thank you for the explanation.

\citet in 'number' citation style

Hi all,

I use the number format with natbib for the references in the text. When I use the \citet command, I get an error: no authors. I don't get why?

My bib and tex files are attached.

Re: bibliography without URL and DOI fields

Of course it would do the trick, but may be for another report I would need the DOI information.
That's why I'd like to keep the information in the bib file and specify in my tex file (I don't know how yet) to hide the DOI and URL information in the bibliography part.

bibliography without URL and DOI fields

Hi,

In the bibliography part of my article, references mention the URL and DOI of the referred books and articles.
How may I avoid that?
Is it in the \bibliographystyle command?

in letter: vertical space between \closing and signatu

Hi,
I made a letter with the so-called document class "letter"
Is that possible to define the vertical space between the closing and the signature?
Thanks
