There's a fair amount of information about this on the lyx wiki - http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/HumanitiesLyX#toc12

BibLatex is also a very usable way to create bibliographies, but it isn't supported "out of the box" like Natbib.

Where did you but your bst file?

Did you run texhash after you moved the file to that directory?

I've discovered a CSL XML definition file that almost does what I want (http://www.zotero.org/styles/sbl-fullno ... graphy/dev). Are there any tools for Latex that use the CSL bibliography definition?
