Would latex 3 have better shape anchor integration ?

So the only way is to use TikZ to make shapes?

Is it possible to create a shape with Adobe Illustrator CC, then customize the shape with anchor points? If so, how?

What is the xfrac package used for? Is it to customize fractions in slash mode or can it be used to customize display fractions, too?

Can graphic/graph/table packages with other non-graphic drawing packages be intermixed? Which ones are not compatible?

Is there a way to create your own custom shapes with custom anchors/nodes etc. or sort of like re-creating your own TikZ objects?

I probably can reconstruct those, but university is starting in a week :S

I had to say my goodbyes to those latex files today. I had made up a new command for equilibrium/buffer tables in chemistry, but they are gone... I will always remember them where do you suggest I keep an archive of latex files then?
