I'll check it out. Actually, I don't need it for music CDs but for my thesis as I have to submit an electronic version as well. I want to include a picture on the front cover and don't really need a track list. I'll have a look at the documentation and see if this is possible ...

I get too much space between the caption of a figure and the following text. I searched for old posts and stumbled upon the command \textfloatsep . However, I saw some examples for \setlength{\textfloatsep}{%%} and noticed that for %% I have to use a value + value - value. As in \setlength ...

I want to start an equation with align* and than have the following (I don't use the equal sign, I just use the environment because of \underbrace)

first row

\text{SMP}+\text{Capacity payment}

second row

\text{PPP}+Uplift

!!!HOWEVER!!! I want an underbrace under SMP+Capacity payment ...

I noticed something odd. I compile with WinEdt on two different machines that are both relatively new, powerful und running on Vista. The strange thing is, WinEdt compiles more slowly than under XP on a much slower laptop. Do you know if WinEdt has particular problems with Vista? Could you ...
