Printing ` and ' literally problem

Recently I'm working on a document which require `, ', " to be printed out literally however.

even though I used \verb+`+ and \verb+'+ and \verb+"+

I end up getting the replacement ‘ ’ (left and right quote symbols)

Anyone know a way to get around this?

thanks.

Unable to produce dvi or ps output?

I don't know why...

It's been a long time since I set Texnic Center to LaTeX=>dvi or LaTeX =>PS output on my notebook.

so recently I decide to do so but to my surprise I no longer could produce them! I seem to be only able to produce pdfs now. All other output profiles produce nothing out.

I'm ...

Re: Seems like a bug with new Acrobat Reader v8 to me?!

Yea. that is a common problem for most LaTeX users using texniccenter or other editors. the topic:

http://www.latex-community.org/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=14

should be pinned until adobe fix the problem I believe =).
