### How can I plot ionization graphs in TikZ

To "reproduce" the graphs for which one has neither the formula nor the data, you can use a digitizer to generate the data and plot it using either gnuplot or pgfplots.

Frequently I use engauge-digitizer to get the job done. It is what I use on my Debian GNU/Linux system.

You can use the enumitem package to change the spacing between the entries. \documentclass[11pt]{article} % \usepackage{enumitem} \begin{document} Default: \begin{itemize} \item Line 1. \item Line 2. \item Line 3. \item Line 4. \end{itemize} \vspace*{1em} Changed: \begin{itemize}[itemsep=1mm, parsep...

### Re: How to create two copies of the Sierpinski triangle?

You can repeat the code inside a scope environment with a shift in the x-direction. \documentclass[border=5mm]{standalone} \usepackage{tikz} \usetikzlibrary{lindenmayersystems} \begin{document}% \def\trianglewidth{2cm}% \pgfdeclarelindenmayersystem{Sierpinski triangle}{ \symbol{X}{\pgflsystemdrawfor...

When you post the code also include the preamble so that others have an idea of packages you are using. Since it is missing, one can only guess at the page dimensions you are using. By changing the dimensions/geometry of the page, you can get the table on the same page. I used \usepackage[body={15cm...

### Re: TikZ GUI ?

Hi, What is it that you are trying to "improve" in the image? You have not mentioned what is the expectation and problems in achieving that. It appears that you are trying to plot something. If you are trying to plot a graph of a known function and/or data points, you are better off using ...

### Re: page number displaying twice in footer! Topic is solved

You have not 'reset' the central footer, where the page number is printed by default. Using \cfoot{} would solve the problem.

I generally use \fancyhf{} at the beginning to clear all the stuff and start with a clean slate.

Thanks to you and Ulrike. Got it to work. Almost all the tikz related stuff use space and newlines liberally. Never suspected that the space would be a show stopper
